The large panel processing center is a smart CNC machining equipment specially designed by Sacmi according to the processing needs of many customers. The equipment's machining functions and dimensions support customization. Common models include: 3000mm wide and 10000mm long; 3000mm wide and 12000mm long; and 3000mm wide and 15000mm long. The worktable uses vacuum suction fixtures for clamping, and the table surface is made of phenolic resin board to ensure the flatness and hardness of the table surface, making it easier to fix the panels. There is a layer of steel plate underneath, ensuring the flexibility of the table surface and preventing deformation even with long-term use. The vacuum suction table surface adopts an efficient grid-like vacuum layout, allowing any part of the worktable to quickly adsorb the workpiece.

Processing materials:

The equipment processes objects such as refrigerated truck foam panels, capable of machining stainless steel cladding with thicknesses ranging from 0.6mm to 0.8mm, color steel cladding with thicknesses ranging from 0.4mm to 0.8mm, pre-coated aluminum cladding with thicknesses ranging from 0.8mm to 1.2mm, thermoplastic panels from 1.0mm to 2.0mm, and fiberglass or PU foam polyester for cutting. The internal embedded panels can be made of steel or galvanized steel, and the insulation can be EPS foam or XPS foam, fiberglass, or aluminum panels with a protective film typically adhered to the outer surface.
